Top-Notch Technical Work

Our team of highly qualified environmental specialists is proud of the excellent technical work we’re known for. Our numerous client partners across North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, and Minnesota look to us for that consistently high quality of work time and time again.

Precision Field Work

Our team is passionate about providing accurate environmental studies and our resumes are packed to the brim with high quality reports from previous projects. From roots on the family ranch to childhood summers in the field assisting in land survey work, our backgrounds fostered a familiarity with wildlife biology and firm knowledgebase in our team. Combined with more than a decade each of first-hand experience working for and coordinating with multiple federal and state agencies, Meadowlark Environmental is well equipped to provide effective and resilient environmental consulting services to private firms and governmental entities.

Our Founders

Meadowlark Environmental was founded as a partnership in 2020 by Sara Simmers and Daniel Ackerman. Both had brief roles in government before working as environmental and natural resource consultants. They are the foundation of Meadowlark; two biologists doing what they love with expert care and decades of experience in wildlife, plants, wetlands, and NEPA.
